My domain name is registered with you, how will I know when to renew?
When you register a domain name with Crucial Web Hosting, the auto-renew feature for your domain name is automatically enabled. If you would like to disable this feature, please login to your account and do the following:
- Point your mouse on the My Sites icon on the top of the page, and then select Domains.
- You can see all the domain names you have registered and/or transferred with us here. Click on the domain name you would like to enable/disable the auto-renew feature.
- Under the Domain Utilities, click on Auto Renew.
- Select Yes to enable the auto-renew feature, or No to disable it.
