How do I cancel my account?

Just submit a ticket to the Billing Department by logging into your account. You'll need to include the following information:

  1. Your hosting account username
  2. Last four digits of the credit card on your account
  3. Reason why you are unsatisifed

Your account will be canceled within 24 hours.

If you paid using PayPal, you do not qualify for a refund.
