We are open to solicitation for sponsorship. Each Open Source project or non-profit business is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Submit a request if you would like to be considered.
How do I cancel my account?
Just submit a ticket to the Billing Department by logging into your account.
How long has Crucial been in business?
Since March 2006. Crucial Management and ownership has roots going back to the Internet's beginnings.
How many clients do you have?
As of February 2007, Crucial Web Hosting has just passed 500 domains with over 350 clients.
How many datacenters are your servers in?
We employ the SoftLayer datacenter for all client hosting. We have DNS and monitoring servers located in Houston and Dallas, Texas.
How many websites do you host?
The number is hard to nail down at any single point in time due to the addition of addon domains and sub-domains. The number would be placed at approximately 2,000 websites.
How many websites do you put on a server?
We monitor our servers' resource usage, and when we determine that the resource usage has reached an acceptable limit we begin provisioning a new server.
How secure is my credit card information?
We take every precaution in protecting your personal information. All credit card information is stored in an encrypted format on a private Crucial web server. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
