We have removed DNS Zone Files from the Our Responsibility section of the support scope since this feature is now available to you in cPanel.
You can use the simple or advanced DNS editor or the MX editor to change every aspect of your domain's DNS zone file (like A and CNAME records) by accessing cPanel for your domain.
