If you're having problems with your site and need to find out what server or data center your account utlilizes, all you need to do is login to cPanel for your domain.

Once logged in, look for the Hosting package and Server name in the sidebar on the left:

Your hosting package will either be Split-Shared or Split-Dedicated, and the server prefix will be one of the following:

Hopefully, your server isn't listed with any affected ones. If it is, please know that we're doing our best to minimize downtime, and we're working as fast as possible to fix the issue.

If you're not able to access cPanel because of an outage, please open a ticket with Billing to request your container name.

My Server Isn't Listed

If there's an issue with your site but you don't see your server listed in the Status Alerts or Service Monitor page, then please open a ticket with Technical Support.
