Crucial Web Hosting Engineers have identified a hardware issue an aggregate switch which provides connectivity for servers in the Washington, DC, data center.

| Services Affected | Public Network |
| Duration | 1 Hour |
Washington, DC, Data Center
| Start Time | 01:00 EST |
| End Time | 02:00 EST |
To prevent an unplanned outage resulting in significant downtime, engineers will be replacing the upstream front end aggregate switch during a scheduled maintenance window.
During this maintenance, customer servers will not be reachable on the public network. Private connectivity will not be effected by this maintenance (iSCSI, DNS, NAS, etc).
While the maintenance window is set for 1 hour, we expect no longer than 15-20 minutes of downtime.
If you have any problems with your connection to your services after this maintenance window, or if you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point, please open a ticket with Technical Support.
We appreciate your patience during this work and welcome any feedback.
