I have to say that we are quite impressed with the performance increase and level of service over our previous web host. As a tech company, our customers expect a certain level of service from us and it feels good to know that we're being hosted by like-minded individuals that care about our site's performance and have the professional knowledge to maintain it.

The switch to Crucial has been a worthwhile investment in our customers, our website, and our peace of mind—all in all money well spent.

These guys have been amazing. They quickly transferred over a Magento store I had been unable to upgrade.

From there with the paid upgrade service, they pushed through some really complex issues with the store and were able to complete the upgrade!

This is all while I was still getting confusing and incomplete support follow up from my previous host.

So I can't say enough good things about the great communication, responsiveness, and persistence of the Crucial guys, and in particular Kyle who I have mostly dealt with and who worked really hard to make it happen—they've saved me days and days of forehead to the desk frustration!

Oh yeah, and the server/install is really fast as a bonus.

Crucial Web Hosting saved my ecommerce project! I had gone with Media Temple since they were mentioned as a partner on the Magento Commerce site. The server was so slow it was not feasible to run the store.

Overall great host. Fair pricing. Great Magento servers. Quick tech support responses. I would recommend them, especially over larger companies like who's tech support is difficult to get a hold of.

I have been through host from host and finally found Crucial about 1 1/2 years ago and love it.

The service is great whenever there may be a problem. The support staff is on it. The uptime is completely awesome also as I have not even been down but one time I think for a very very short time in a matter of minutes.

The control panel is one of the best, with many options and again great add-ons and support for it. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

It's just as simple as this: it's a great place to host any web site from small to big, with multiple domains as I have or companies, non-pro, or completely professional.

We have enjoyed using Crucial Web Hosting for our web hosting. Their support has been great. We have not really needed to use it much for other than customization requests.

Their Split-Shared hosting seems to have the extra power that is needed for ecommerce web sites since there are not so many sites utilizing the server like on other web hosts.

They have also helped us answering questions about Magento, which is one of their specialties.

Crucial is my 5th host, and the service has been the best. I was at Media Temple before. Problems do happen, but generally things are sorted out quickly.

They are not the bottom of the barrel cheap, but once you've done that you want some service and speed.

I design sites and have referred many clients because I know they will get good service, and I will not get complaints.

So far very satisfied. My "heavy" ecommerce application still runs smoothly on their Split-Shared hosting environment.

There was small problems during set up of the account, but it was resolved quickly and in the efficient manner.

Very good service. Support is fast and efficient. Love the simplicity of their options. Servers are very responsive, very little noticeable down time and for the moment they don't seem overcrowded.

Great host! My site (ipbwiki.com) is MediaWiki based site, when I explained this to the guys of Crucial Web Hosting in a pre-sales question that I would want a PHP cache program like eAccelerator installed, they said it wouldn't be a problem to install this on my account, and it wasn't. Super.
