These guys have been amazing. They quickly transferred over a Magento store I had been unable to upgrade.

From there with the paid upgrade service, they pushed through some really complex issues with the store and were able to complete the upgrade!

This is all while I was still getting confusing and incomplete support follow up from my previous host.

So I can't say enough good things about the great communication, responsiveness, and persistence of the Crucial guys, and in particular Kyle who I have mostly dealt with and who worked really hard to make it happen—they've saved me days and days of forehead to the desk frustration!

Oh yeah, and the server/install is really fast as a bonus.
