Although Crucial Web Hosting makes great efforts to maximize the life span of all its software and hardware, there are times when a product will be discontinued or reach its "end of life." Fantastico is no longer available on any of our hosting plans. All modern applications come with easy to follow instructions and can be installed by users of all experience levels.

Horde 02-01-2009 No Details

Horde is no longer available as a choice of webmail client from cPanel on any of our hosting plans.

SquirrelMail 02-01-2009 No Details

SquirrelMail is no longer available as a choice of webmail client from cPanel on any of our hosting plans.

Ruby on Rails 11-01-2008 No Details

Ruby on Rails is no longer available as a web technology on any of our hosting plans due to the resources it consumes and relatively low lack of interest and use.

Tomcat / JSP 07-01-2008 No Details

Tomcat and JSP is no longer available as a web technology on any of our hosting plans due to the resources it consumes and relatively low lack of interest and use.

FrontPage Server Extensions 04-01-2008 No Details

Microsoft officially ended support for FrontPage Extensions on September 09, 2006. There are no plans to provide an alternative for users of FrontPage Server Extensions.

If you are currently the webmaster of a site using FrontPage Extensions, we highly recommend transitioning to a different system, such as a PHP-based CMS or alternative WYSIWYG editor, like Adobe Dreamweaver.
