Can I buy extra IPs?
Due to the limitations of cPanel, you cannot add IP addresses to your plan. If you require additional IP addresses, you will either need to purchase another Split-Shared plan or upgrade to Split-Dedicated, where you can have as many IP addresses as you like.
Can I buy extra storage or bandwidth?
At this time, we have no plans to offer additional storage. However, if you go over your allocated bandwidth, pricing is $2/GB and must be bought in 10 GB blocks.
Can I use SSH to access my site?
Yes. SSH, as well as SFTP and SCP, are available on all of our hosting plans.
Do you allow remote MySQL access?
Yes, you can connect to your MySQL database(s) from your local computer or another website.
Do you offer any one-click installers?
None of our hosting plans come with automated or one-click installers, such as Fantastico, Installatron, or SimpleScripts.
Do you offer webmail access?
None of our hosting plans come with webmail. All of our clients are urged to use a third-party email service, such as Google Apps. You are free, however, to install your own webmail application.
How many domains can I host?
Unlike Split-Dedicated, where there are no limits on how many domains you can host, Split-Shared is limited to 1, 3, or 5 addon domains depending on what tier you are looking at.
Is version control software available?
Yes, Subversion and Git are available on all Split-Shared plans.
