If you are not completely satisfied with our services within 30 days, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as domain names, overages, addons, reseller accounts, setup fees, or any fees associated with these accounts.

Accounts suspended, canceled, or terminated by Crucial for violating our hosting policies do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. For example, if an account is canceled due to spamming, phishing, or another violation, no refund will be issued.

To receive a full refund, you must let us know why you are not satisfied, and have at least one technical support trouble ticket in the support center documenting the problem to allow us the opportunity to correct the problem in a timely and swift manner. The information gained from these service requests is used to improve and provide the absolute best service possible for our present and future customers.
