How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, please fill out our cancellation form.
All cancellation requests are processed within 72 hours. You have 24 hours to cancel the request. If you do not cancel the request within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your account will stay online.
You must cancel at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. If you cancel after your account is billed, we cannot offer any refund.
If you paid using PayPal, you do not qualify for a refund.
