There are a couple things you should know before sending us a resumé, please review these guidelines:
We do not accept resumés via email.
There is more to a resumé than your background information, skills, and prior work experience. You can tell a lot about a person by how they package their resumé. For example, what kind of paper they use, typography, and colors. All of these things are important to us.
Hobbyists need not apply.
If you want to work as a Systems Administrator, you will need to show working knowledge of LAMP and other network related issues. If web design is your passion, a killer profile goes a long way, but a solid grasp of standards, usability, and optimization are a must. It's the little things that matter.
Just relax, man!
We're pretty laid back at Crucial. We also like interesting people. Things like camping, going out on the lake, a round or two of golf, poker, or even cliff jumping. Employees are always involved in activities outside of work, so be up for anything.
