All cancellation requests are processed within 72 hours. You have 24 hours to cancel the request. If you do not cancel the request within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your account will stay online.

You must cancel at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. If you cancel after your account is billed, we cannot offer any refund.

If you wish to cancel because of price, please allow us to match or even beat the price. You can submit a ticket to Sales for a price match.

If you are canceling because of unsatisfactory service, please allow us to correct the issue first by contacting Management.
