You Are Here: Using PHP To Highlight Navigation

When you walk into a mall, one of the first things you come to is a map with a "you are here" indicator that lets you know where you are. On a website, we can accomplish this by higlighting the current location on a navigation bar, menu, or list. Since the primary navigation is the most prominent feature on a website, we will discuss an easy way to do this with PHP.

Crucial 3.0: Web Hosting Evolves

The dry erase board is wiped clean, mountains of empty soda cans are finally cleared from the desks, and a slight sigh of relief is felt by the design team, but only for a moment. We are proud to announce the new design for Crucial Web Hosting.

Development was started in late December, and with just 45 days to complete the site, we knew there was going to be plenty of long nights and trips to Jack In The Box ahead of us.

If you’ve ever moved anything into chroot before, then you probably feel confident that you could get Rails done in a couple of minutes. I thought I could, and I was wrong! However, after much head scratching, Googling, and pouring over the same log files about a thousand times, I have succeeded.
