i have set up 2 hosting accounts

1. simple helix the URL there is office.simplehelix.com
2. Crucial the URL is http://www.officegrabs.com

i have run a test via this tool http://internetsupervision.com/scripts/urlcheck/check.aspx?checkurl=http://www.officegrabs.com

and i got much better results from the Crucial web server then the simplehelix web server

so all the folks out there who are looking for a hosting place crucila sounds a much better place to go

i also set it up my own root server the URL is and i cant get it to speed up meanwhile i hope to figure out what the folks on crucial did to get that speed
