Interesting idea, and wouldn’t be too hard to integrate. I’ll put it down in my roadmap notes. Thanks!

Kyle:
Is this extension compatible with EE2. At devot-ee.com, it has an EE2 icon. In the EE forums, you say it should be compatible with EE2, but there is a comment from another participant saying it is not compatible.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Frank

Kyle,
Quick question. If you have multiple ads set up to show for the same referring domain does it cycle through the ads you’ve created?

This extension is not compatible with EE2.

Sorry, Dave, but this does not cycle through. It’s meant to show just a single ad per referring domain. With a little modification you could have it randomly serve an ad if there were more than one “ad” setup for a referring domain though using something like the rand() function.

Well, KeyAds, the latest module for Expression Engine has really come as a boon for those who were looking to display content in the form of block of HTML code or ad to the visitors. I have personally found it to be very useful since it is based on the referring domain. However, one has to upload it to the root web directory for the purpose of installing it and it is best advised to do so in httpdocs!
